Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders placed on ringvault.shop, operated by Jakeb Takservice AB (company number 5569456386).
Order processing
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales, new releases or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery time and cost
All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier.
Where a tracked service is used, a tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-orders
Some products on our store are available as pre-orders. A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it has been released or before it is in stock, so that your copy is secured and shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
How pre-orders work:
- Payment is taken in full at the time you place the pre-order. This confirms and reserves your item.
- Each pre-order product shows an estimated release or dispatch date on its product page. This date is set by the manufacturer/distributor and may change.
- We dispatch pre-ordered items as soon as we receive stock, and they are then delivered within our standard 3–5 business day window.
Estimated dates and delays: Release dates for trading card products are set by the publishers and can be brought forward or pushed back without notice. If a release is delayed, your order remains reserved and will ship as soon as stock arrives. We will keep you updated by email if there is a significant delay.
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items: If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order products, the whole order will normally ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you would like your in-stock items sent first, please contact us — separate shipping charges may apply.
Cancelling a pre-order: You can cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched — just email info@ringvault.shop with your order number. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Refund & Returns Policy applies.
Customs, duties and import taxes (international orders)
International customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact info@ringvault.shop and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. For damaged parcels, please keep the packaging and send us photographs where possible.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, and re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
